Nhan Kiet (legal name Nhan Kiet Supplying Manpower Co., Ltd, tax code 0308022768) is a Vietnamese workforce services company established in 2009 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. It covers Vietnam only, with branches and offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Ha Nam, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Hai Phong and Hanoi, and states coverage of 34 provinces and cities, more than 40,000 workers under management and over 500 clients and partners.

It sells four distinct services, separated by who signs the employment contract. Payroll outsourcing leaves your company as the employer and takes over the timekeeping to disbursement chain: raw time-clock data (including UKG/Kronos and Excel exports) is processed into shift, night and overtime classifications, personal income tax and social insurance are calculated and filed, and the result is reconciled to zero variance against an open-formula Excel workbook the client can verify cell by cell. It runs a client approval portal and a worker payslip app, and payroll takes effect only after the client approves the timesheet. Labour compliance moves existing staff onto Nhan Kiet contracts so it pays social, health and occupational accident insurance and carries the employer's legal responsibility, aimed at sectors with heavy part-time headcount such as restaurants, retail chains, driver fleets and construction. Manpower supply recruits and employs factory and warehouse workers at scale. EOR Vietnam is for foreign companies with no Vietnamese entity.

EOR pricing is published: 8% of gross salary per employee per month, with a floor of VND 2,600,000 (about USD 99) and a cap of VND 5,200,000 (about USD 199), no entity set-up cost, and a stated 5 to 7 days from signed candidate to start date. Nhan Kiet signs the employment contract, pays social, health and accident insurance, files personal income tax and runs monthly payroll on one invoice, while the client directs the work.

It holds a labour sub-leasing licence (No. 15/2019/SHCM, first issued 2015) and an employment services licence (No. 22139/2023/45/SLDTBXH-VLATLD), and states ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.
